Job summary

Welcome Break is hiring a Barista in Baldock. You will serve handcrafted drinks, welcome customers, and help keep the store running smoothly during busy shifts. This role is a flexible full-time or part-time position with an immediate start.

No prior barista experience is required as full training is provided. You will learn drink preparation, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities to progress into supervisory roles and enjoy staff discounts and benefits.

Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift
