A respected law firm in Uckfield is seeking a confident Team Manager / Solicitor to lead their Landlord & Tenant Litigation department. This full-time, office-based role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for newly qualified solicitors to develop into a management position. Responsibilities include managing a small team, handling litigation cases, and drafting legal documents. Candidates should have a strong grounding in litigation and excellent communication skills.

This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor with 6-12 months' post-qualification experience in litigation (not necessarily in landlord and tenant law). If you're not already in a management role but ready to step up, this is a great opportunity to grow into a leadership position with full support and training.
Please note: This is a full-time, office-based role. Candidates must be comfortable with commuting to Uckfield daily.
As part of a specialist litigation team, you\'ll manage a small team of fee earners while also handling your own caseload. While direct experience in landlord & tenant law isn\'t required, you must have a strong grounding in litigation. Full training on sector-specific legislation and procedure will be provided.
