Job description

Team Manager - Ref: SS03826

Grade: G12; Salary Range: £55,662 - £59,490

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence and improve outcomes for adults in Walsall? Do you have the leadership skills and ambition to inspire a team, drive performance, and lead positive change?

We are seeking for a Team Manager within our Prevention and Early Intervention Team, part of the Pathway to Independence Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic, therapy-led service focused on enabling adults to maximise their independence, reduce reliance on long-term care and support, and achieve outcomes that matter to them.

As Team Manager, you will provide operational leadership, performance management, and professional support to a multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality practice, effective resource management, and compliance with statutory responsibilities and legislative requirements. Working closely with Occupational Therapists, Assistants, Social Care staff, health partners, and wider stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping services that promote prevention, early intervention, strength-based practice, and safeguarding.

We are looking for a motivated and innovative leader who can build strong partnerships, support workforce development, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clear focus on delivering excellent outcomes for the people of Walsall. If you are committed to empowering people to live independently and want to be part of a forward-thinking, therapy-led service, we would welcome your application.

Closing Date: 20th September 2026
