Job summary

Tesco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a customer‑centred team in-store, delivering a great shopping experience and driving revenue growth.

You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach product knowledge and service, and ensure the store operates safely and legally while maximising profit. This role offers flexible working and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be responsible for

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
