Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Team Manager in Scotland, Perth to lead an in-store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll recruit and develop colleagues, coach daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance across store activities.

With a customer-first approach, you’ll drive sales, implement the Store Change Plan, and continually improve the store’s performance. Flexible patterns support work–life balance, with a comprehensive benefits package.
