Job summary

Tesco Langport is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead in-store teams and deliver a great customer experience. You will plan shifts, coach colleagues, and ensure product range, service and store standards are top notch.

You'll support trade activity, manage safety and legal compliance, and drive store change initiatives, balancing business needs with colleague wellbeing and a friendly, customer-first culture.

  • Lead trade activity using insights to grow sales and maximise profit.
  • Develop knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan, optimise resources and hours.
  • Identify and resolve root-cause issues with sustainable solutions.
  • Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trading by coaching the team on safety tools.
  • Remain curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet better.

You will be responsible for

You will need
