You'll also coach store colleagues, driving digital capability and supporting them to perform at their best every day.
  • Efficiency and effectiveness are key. As a skilled retail professional, you will put customers at the heart of all decision‑making and lead your team to achieve the same.
  • As a passionate leader, you will effectively motivate, prioritise and delegate to create a great inclusive store environment that supports and respects team members.

  • Energise your team to deliver first‑class customer service within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity.
  • Have an understanding of systems, be digitally confident, and exploit them to the benefit of the store.
  • Comfortably have difficult conversations and obtain effective resolutions with colleagues and line managers.
  • Juggle a number of priorities while maintaining excellent standards and working with pace.
  • Show flexibility and resourcefulness to change and lead teams through change with a growth mentality.
Benefits

  • A charity volunteer day allowing you to support a charity or cause you are passionate about on a dedicated day off work.
