A leading retail company in Shoreham-by-Sea is looking for a Team Manager to drive sales and service standards. Our Team Managers are responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and are integral to the in‑store team. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality and service standards within your store.
