Job summary

The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a capable Team Manager to lead the Family Help Service within the Families First framework. You will ensure timely, coordinated and effective support for children, young people and families using a whole-family, strengths-based approach.

The role requires office-based work at least three days a week and an opportunity to contribute to safeguarding and resilience across the borough. Informal discussions are welcome with Lauren Scordilis.

About The Role

The Team Manager will provide operational leadership, management oversight and strategic direction for the Family Help Service operating within the Families First framework. The post holder will ensure that children, young people and families receive timely, coordinated and effective support that improves outcomes, safeguards children and strengthens family resilience through a whole-family, strengths-based approach.
