You will lead and coach your team to provide outstanding performance within their individual roles. You will oversee care planning for our children and young people, where we strive to achieve permanence at the earliest opportunity. You will manage the day-to-day requirements of a busy Children in Care team where one day is never the same.

Supporting your team to form consistent relationships and connections with children and young people through a trauma informed lens is central to our work.
