Rate: £40.00 – £45.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract: 3 months (locum)
Hours: Full Time / Part Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop a team of five Social Workers and an Advanced Practitioner

Oversee duty week operations, ensuring effective service delivery and timely decision-making

Drive high standards of practice in line with legislation, policies, and local procedures

Support strengths-based approaches to improve safety, wellbeing, and outcomes for children and families

Work closely with partner agencies to ensure effective multi-agency collaboration and intervention
