Job summary

dim t is seeking a Team Manager for our restaurant, with indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area, to lead the daily operation and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service.

You will work with the restaurant team to maximise sales opportunities, support a fair and balanced work schedule, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports growth and apprenticeship development at dim t.

Job description

We are looking for a Team Manager for our beautiful restaurant.With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

We will always do our best to offer a fair and balanced work schedule that fits in with the other important things in life.

Working with the restaurant team, it will be your responsibility to assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar. You will inspire the team to deliver a consistently high level of guest service whilst maximising sales opportunities for the restaurant.
