John Lewis & Partners is seeking a Team Manager for one of our stores in the UK. You will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive commercial results in your area, and allocate Partners efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with the leadership team to drive sales, delight customers and Partners, and maintain a safe, compliant store. Applicants must be 18+ and flexible working is supported.

Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
Until 31st of March 2027 this role attracts a Location Supplement. You will be paid a monthly addition of 5% of your base contractual pay, prorated for Part time, as part of a pay trial in this location.
