Job summary

Primark Manchester is seeking a Team Manager on a full-time fixed-term contract to lead a store section, manage stock, planograms, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will motivate and coach a team of Retail Assistants, organise tasks, and collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations; the role offers career development within a globally expanding business.

Salary £33,189 with 31 days of annual leave and pension.

• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
