An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Team Manager position within the Adult Autism Diagnostic service based at Keegan Court, Grassbanks, Gateshead.
The service is a Trust wide service covering Northumberland, North Tyneside, Newcastle/Gateshead, Sunderland and south of Tyne.
Normal working hours would ordinarily be across Monday to Friday (9‑5 pm) should condensed hours.
The Team Manager is responsible and accountable for providing safe, effective care and an efficient service, to patients and their carers who live within the community.
Key aspects of the role include monitoring the performance and quality of the service the team delivers. Alongside clinical leadership and effective day‑to‑day management of the team, commitment to promoting recovery and maximising independence and fulfilling wider management responsibilities as required by the organisation.
