An integral part of Ocado’s success as an online grocery provider is the highly important fulfilment centers that are responsible for the delivery of our customers’ orders. Within these spokes our Team Managers are the backbone of the operation, with their skills, knowledge and desire to help manage a successful site, in order to provide the best possible employee and customer experience of Ocado.

This role is for 40 hours per week, working a variation of 10 hour shifts on an any 4 days from 7 rotation, including some weekend working.
