A major retail company in Epsom is looking for a Team Manager to enhance customer experience through effective team leadership. Responsibilities include managing store operations, motivating team members, and ensuring sales targets are met. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience and a commitment to developing team performance. This role offers a full-time permanent contract with a salary of £32,222 and 31 days of annual leave.
Location: Primark Epsom
Salary: £32,222 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
