Responsibilities:

  • Applying legislation and policy to ensure lawful, effective and sensitive debt recovery
  • Ensuring processes are up to date, inclusive and lawful
  • Supporting vulnerable residents through appropriate signposting and discretion
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve service standards

You’ll bring strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities. A detailed understanding of enforcement legislation and local taxation is essential, along with a commitment to fairness and professionalism.
