Transport Services has an excellent reputation for providing the transportation requirements of school children with special needs, older people and adults with disabilities.

We are looking to recruit one full time Team Leader to lead a team of 40-50 Drivers and Passenger Attendants.

You will be responsible for providing first line supervision to your team, including monitoring and managing sickness absence. Lead in the recruitment process for Drivers and Passenger Attendants. Identify and deliver training and maintain accurate training records. Investigate complaints and vehicle damage.

It is essential to hold a full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement and no endorsements.

We are seeking an individual who has IT and communication skills, can work under pressure and unsupervised. The successful applicant will also need to be able to work independently, and as part of team and to work flexibly.

The role, may on occasion, require a split shift to be worked between 06.45-17.45.
