A leading energy distribution company in Gloucester seeks a Team Leader for a temporary role. You will lead a team, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage performance. Competitive salary of £43,491 increasing to £47,197 after training, along with various benefits including a pension scheme and generous leave policy.
An opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at Gloucester who will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and will be responsible for leading a group of Trades Persons. This role will be on a temporary basis for a period of up to 8 months – subject to review. The key focus of this role is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region. Key considerations for the successful running of your team include ensuring they are working compliantly within H&S policies, coordinating programmes of work for them to undertake, maximising efficiencies in delivery, ensuring your team has the appropriate development and authorisations and effectively managing performance on a 1:1 basis. This is a crucial role to help drive forward performance and give our large teams the support they need in the field. The new Team Leader role will be one of ways to help.
