Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in social care (preferred).
  • Must be female (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 exemption).
  • Right to work in the UK, two references and enhanced DBS clearance.

  • Lead your team on-shift, modelling outstanding practice.
  • Promote person-led planning, delivery and review of support.
  • Manage and plan rotas to ensure effective, high-quality care.
  • Coordinate and plan activities with staff and people supported.
  • Collaborate with managers to drive service performance.

Practice Leader (Hub Leader) – Are you a confident leader with a passion for making a real difference? We're looking for a Practice Leader (Hub Leader) to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and other support needs to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure the people we support have a genuine voice in how their care is delivered.

Package
  • £14.10 per hour (£13.50 base + £0.30 on-call + £0.30 hub leader)
  • 40 hours per week on a rolling rota

Requirements

  • Provide first-line advice and actions as part of the on-call rota
