A health service organization in Welshpool is seeking a compassionate Team Leader to oversee non-traditional care models. Responsibilities include leading a team and managing effective services. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in general practice and excellent communication skills. The role offers competitive compensation with flexible hours and various benefits. 360 Health + Community is a person‑centred health service providing care and support to people when, where and how they need it most. Our teams deliver well‑known and trusted programs across Western Australia to help body and mind across the life‑span, including Street Doctor, ALIVE, headspace, NDIS Support Coordination and Therapy, Commonwealth Home Support Program and a variety of other allied health and support services.
Our GP Services are all about improving the health & wellbeing of homeless, transient, and disadvantaged people in Perth. We currently run 11 Street Doctor clinics each week across 7 locations and provide medical services within the Karlup Service at the Ruah Centre for Women and Children as well as at other refuges and shelters.
We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with a high level of compassion, integrity and understanding to work at our Welshpool office and lead the effective operation of our non‑traditional models of care. This person is an experienced leader, great at building teams and a confident communicator.
The successful candidate must be willing to provide a national police certificate dated within 6 months. Out of hours activities will occasionally be required, with the flexibility to adapt their roster accordingly.
The hourly rate is $53.89 (annual full‑time equivalent $106,486). Additional benefits include:
