A recruitment agency in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Team Leader to manage stocktaking teams at various client sites. Responsibilities include ensuring correct procedures, delivering customer service, and improving team productivity. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a full driving licence. The role requires flexibility due to varying shifts and travel to different locations.
Team Leader
Salary: £13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)
Car allowance: £290 per month
Location: Stratford
Wages access: 3‑7 days after shift completion
Start: Immediate
Holiday pay: Included
As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end‑to‑end stock taking service on our client’s sites. Shifts vary in length; flexible availability is required, including travel to a different client site each day and occasional work away from home.
Days: Monday – Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7‑day working pattern, with flexibility in working days if required)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts
Note: All work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high‑level stock.
Age requirement: This role involves unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts. Therefore, we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
Full training in our systems and client procedures will be provided.
