Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on leadership role on the restaurant floor. You will guide the team, set the pace, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

In this role you will lead from the front, coach and develop your crew, manage stock and shift plans, and keep the front of house running like clockwork under pressure. Your people skills will shine as you drive performance and morale.
