Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must have English and Maths at Grade 4 or functional skills Level 2.
  • Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance Qualification required.
  • Experience in youth work and safeguarding procedures necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, delivery and evaluation of courses.
  • Work with Key Workers on assessments and action plans.
  • Support individual and group activities for students.
  • Ensure safety and well-being of students according to policies.
  • Lead and motivate a team effectively.

Skills

English and Maths at Grade 4 or functional skills Level 2
Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance Qualification
Level 3 Youth Work qualification
Recognised Teaching qualification
Experience supporting young people with SEND
