We’re looking for a Team Leaderto support our front-of-house team in Salford Quays, a lively, ever-evolving location filled with talent, visitors, and new possibilities.You’ll join seven dedicated Rapport Ambassadors who oversee five standout buildings that anchor this fast-paced, forward-looking sector.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming presence that sets the tone for every interaction. Your leadership will help ensure that guests and clients enjoy a smooth, polished experience across all five sites.From greeting visitors with confidence and warmth to ensuring operations run effortlessly, you’ll help bring people and spaces together in one of the UK’s most inspiring professional landscapes.

Type of contract:

Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

45 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis from 8 AM to 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Support and guide team members, offering direction, coaching, and assistance when needed.
  • Coordinate schedules and workloads to make sure the team is properly staffed and organised.
  • Handle escalations or issues, resolving problems promptly and professionally.
  • Provide a warm, professional, and inclusive welcome to all stakeholders, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Oversee visitor check-ins, passes, and general enquiries with confidence and efficiency.
  • Support the front-of-house team by providing seamless cover across multiple buildings, adapting easily to different environments.
  • Liaise with security and facilities teams to help maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming reception space.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation, ensuring the reception area always looks professional.
  • Bring enthusiasm and attention to detail to every task, helping create an exceptional experience for everyone entering the building.
