We are hunting for an experienced and proactive professional to support in leading the Rough Sleepers Team, delivering high‑quality support to individuals experiencing rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and providing strong leadership and supervision to meet performance and contractual targets. The successful candidate will foster effective partnerships with local agencies, promote collaborative working to reduce rough sleeping, and ensure services are responsive, inclusive and needs‑led. Responsibilities also include budget oversight, performance monitoring, health and safety compliance, and active engagement with service users to shape ongoing development.
