Requirements: Applicants need at least 2 years of supporting individuals within care and must already have or be willing to work towards your SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care to be considered for the Senior Support Worker role. You must hold a Driving License.

About the Role:

Our Team Leaders are classed as Front Line Management staff. Your duties will include:

  1. Staff Management: Coaching and mentoring staff, providing support including supervision, identifying training needs, producing monthly rotas considering budget and staff hours, developing support plans, and covering on-call shifts as needed.
  2. Supported Individuals: Planning and facilitating meetings, matching individuals to staff based on outcomes and goals.
  3. Organisational: Liaising with external agencies, ensuring standards set by SSSC, Care Inspectorate, and our own are met, and representing our values externally.

We offer fantastic rewards such as generous annual leave, TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel, continuous training, referral bonuses, employee forums, free Credit Union membership, health care plans, and support services.

All successful applicants will receive a conditional offer, subject to references and PVG checks. A conviction does not necessarily disqualify you. All new staff must register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting.
