A community support organization in Tain seeks a full-time Team Leader to manage staff and support individuals through effective coaching and mentoring. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of care experience and be working towards or hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. This role includes responsibilities like planning meetings for supported individuals and engaging with external agencies to ensure compliance with care standards. Requirements: Applicants need at least 2 years of supporting individuals within care and must already have or be willing to work towards your SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care to be considered for the Senior Support Worker role. You must hold a Driving License.
