What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of recovery workers
• Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care
• Manage risk assessments, incident responses & service development
• Collaborate with your Service Manager to ensure safe, effective delivery
• Balance hands-on support with admin responsibilities

What You’ll Bring
