Overview

Team Leader - Mental Health Focus for Acorn Lodge - Surbiton
Salary: £30,000+

Full Time: The position will be full time and require evening and weekend work as required in accordance with the shift rota (sleep-ins available).

Are you interested in mental health and passionate about empowering others and promoting independence? The Carelodges are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team.

This role is pivotal in providing exceptional care and support to service users with mental health diagnoses. As a Team Leader, you\'ll guide and mentor a team of dedicated support workers, ensuring person-centered care is at the forefront of everything we do. You\'ll work closely with the Registered Manager to implement care plans, facilitate meaningful activities, and create a positive and supportive environment for our service users.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years\' experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses. Demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for residential care.

  • QCF in Health & Social Care Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
  • Medication management training.
