A healthcare provider is seeking a Care & Support Team Leader for Maternity Cover at Amberwood Lodge. This role involves leading a team in providing care for adults with autism and learning disabilities, ensuring a safe environment, and supporting individual needs. You will work 42 hours weekly, including weekends. A passion for delivering outstanding care and the ability to empower service users are essential. We are looking for a confident Care & Support Team Leader - Maternity Cover with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 42 hours a week, days only, including every other weekend, at Amberwood Lodge, providing 12 months Maternity Cover.

Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each person's specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the people we care for.
