Baxter Thetford Plant's Line 6 operations line is recruiting for a Team Leader to work Saturday & Sundays, 6am-4pm. We are looking for candidates that are experienced in manufacturing and able to motivate a team.

We do also offer a weekly shift allowance of £48.65.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recording of labor hours accurately and escalate issues when required

• Responsible for the teams performance

• Responsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed, gather data to enable process/ reliability improvements, follow the escalation process when required

• Organize the teams daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & quality

• Document preparation, Batch document review, batch doc errors.

• Booking of materials to the line, maintain stock accuracy

• Provide process guidance, raise process deviation as applicable

• Manage rejection process, out of spec etc.

• Training execution and documentation

• Ensure all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant, housekeeping standards are always

Experience and skills required:

• Operational experience in a manufacturing environment
