You’ll coach and support your crew—helping everyone grow, learn, and bring their best to every shift. From stock checks to shift plans, you’ll help keep things ticking so the front runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or fast-food leadership.
• Ability to manage shifts and drive targets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
