Job summary

UK Landscapes Ltd is actively seeking Team Leaders and Grounds Maintenance Operatives for mobile rounds around Wrexham and surrounding areas. You will manage small teams on commercial sites, perform maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Company van and iPad are provided; full PPE and tools supplied.

Closing date 31/08/2025. Permanent full-time positions with potential overtime. Must have grounds maintenance/landscaping experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience using hand held power tools.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Mobile round working on various multi site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Working within a small team.
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.

Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Wrexham and surrounding areas this is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

You must have

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using hand held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers hedge cutters etc
• A valid drivers license is essential

The job

Mobile round working on various multi site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces

Permanent positions and other opportunities are available for the right candidates

£30k-£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime maybe available at a premium rate but not guaranteed)
