This role involves assisting the management team in the daily operations, including staff management and administrative duties. We're looking for a Team Leader for our beautiful Frenchay House care home, a picturesque building nestled on Frenchay's Beckspool Road overlooking the Common.
In your role as Team Leader you will assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home, across various roles including the management of staff on shift, admin work etc. It's a great next step for those of you who have worked as a Senior Carer or Support Worker before and are looking for a step up, or for those who have been in Registered or Deputy Manager roles and are looking for a slight step back.
£14 per hour
42.5 hours per week across 5 days per week including every other weekend
