  • Manage staff on shift and handle administrative work.
Job description

In your role as Team Leader you will assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home, across various roles including the management of staff on shift, admin work etc. It's a great next step for those of you who have worked as a Senior Carer or Support Worker before and are looking for a step up, or for those who have been in Registered or Deputy Manager roles and are looking for a slight step back.

We’re AbleCare Homes, a residential care home company in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

£14 per hour

42.5 hours per week across 5 days per week including every other weekend
