Job description

As Team Leader for Joe, you’ll be the spark that keeps the team buzzing! With your natural leadership skills, you’ll confidently steer a crew of 6 to 8 team members, ensuring smooth and positive shifts. You’ll not only manage but also motivate, assist, and maintain high energy levels. You’ll have dedicated management time to handle scheduling, participate in training, and support team development.

You need to be fit and adventurous! Joe enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, kayaking, swimming, and circus skills. If you have the stamina and enthusiasm for an active lifestyle, this role could be perfect for you.

Contract hours: 30 hours

Essential requirements: Full UK driving licence and ability to participate in outdoor pursuits, including swimming.

About Joe: Joe is registered blind but active and adventurous. He loves exploring the outdoors and is eager for new challenges. He seeks supportive companions to help him achieve his goals.
