Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Oswestry is seeking a Team Leader (Food Services) to lead our branded outlets (Greggs, Subway, or Burger King), ensuring fast, friendly, high‑quality service. You’ll manage daily routines, support new starters, and uphold food safety and brand standards while keeping the team confident and customer‑focused.

You’ll work a 36-hour week with days shifts, playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer experiences in a busy retail environment.

You’ll be hands‑on in the operation, making sure everything runs smoothly and that your team is confident, capable, and customer focused. You’ll help manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met. Whether it’s prepping food, managing queues, or solving problems, you’ll be a key part of the team’s success.
