Job summary

Asda Lincoln is seeking a Team Leader for our food services outlets. You’ll lead day-to-day operations in Greggs, Subway, or Burger King sections, ensuring fast, friendly, high-quality service. You’ll be hands-on in the operation, managing daily routines and supporting your team.

You’ll coach colleagues, handle daily tasks, ensure food safety and brand standards, and assist new starters. The role requires a 36-hour week with day shifts and a practical, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and train new starters.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
