Job summary

KFC is seeking a Team Leader to be on the shop floor, leading the team, keeping service smooth and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll set the pace, lift the vibe, and get stuck in to make every shift count.

You'll coach and develop your crew, manage stock checks and shift plans behind the scenes, and drive the restaurant to hit targets while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.
