Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift in our store. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, and energise your team to deliver outstanding service and coffee excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store or team on shift.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
