Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a talented Branch Delivery Manager to lead a high‑performing delivery team across drivers, pickers and loaders. You will plan outbound deliveries, ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to quality standards, and coach your team to deliver consistently strong performance.

You’ll drive service excellence, manage delivery costs and safety, and support the wider branch management team in day‑to‑day operations on a 37.5 hour week.

• Coach and develop teams to achieve strong performance and KPI targets.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and developing a high-performing delivery team, including HGV & Van Drivers and Pickers & Loaders.
• Planning and managing outbound deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and to the right quality standards.
• Working alongside your team to pick and load customer orders safely and accurately.
• Managing delivery performance, including driver behaviours, compliance, damage and cost controls, to achieve agreed targets and KPIs.
• Ensuring effective delivery capacity and availability while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
• Driving excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to increase sales, profitability and customer loyalty.
• Coaching and supporting your team to build capability, take ownership and deliver consistently strong performance.
• Supporting the wider branch management team and taking responsibility for branch operations when acting as the most senior leader on duty.
• The working hours for this role are 37.5 per week.
