Opportunity: Rooftop Telecoms Site Delivery Team Leader - 2-Man Crew Wanted

Location: Rochdale

Type: Full-time, working away is expected

Our client doesn't just build telecoms sites—they thrive on the challenge of delivering rooftop installations in the most demanding city centre environments, Greenfield sites and maintenance?

Sure, they do those too. But give us a tricky rooftop, and we're in our element.

Due to growing demand, we're expanding and looking for a Team Leader to join our ranks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering and maintaining rooftop and greenfield telecoms sites across the UK
• Working at height using scaffolding, cranes, MEWPs, towers, and ladders
• Collaborating with a skilled and passionate team to solve complex site challenges
• Be able to read drawings
• Have experience of managing operatives and labourers

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' construction experience—
• Roofing experience or training is a plus, but not essential
• Comfortable working at height and in demanding environments
• Clean driving licence and willing to travel and stay away from home regularly
• Tradespeople often make the best team leaders in telecoms—if you're ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you
• You will need to be able to work away
• Hold a CSCS and Health and Safety Certification is required
