Position Overview

We have an opportunity available for a FULL TIME Team Leader to join our team at our Community Supported Living service, The Haven based in Lincoln LN6 8AP. Salary: £27,609.4 per annum. Weekly Hours: 37. The role is with Making Space, a team driven by core values of Kind Hearts, Tailor Making, Dreaming Big, Having Courage and Being Ready.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for tailoring your approach to each and every client, making sure that their unique needs are met with care and consideration. We want someone who's not afraid to take risks and has the courage to try new things. As a Team Leader, you'll need to be ready to work with others as part of a team, lending your support and encouragement to your colleagues whenever they need it.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and attitudes, dedicated to providing the best care possible to the people we support, with in-depth knowledge and experience in supporting adults. A good sense of humour and an ability to inject a bit of fun into your work are a plus.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience of supervising staff.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (or equivalent; willing to work towards).
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting adults (beneficial).
