TEAM LEADER – Clothing Warehouse x8

Moreton On Lugg

£660-£750 per week + 2pm till 10pm shift + Weekend Work + Great Earnings + Temp Ongoing + Secure Work + Promise of other work in Future + PAY WEEKLY

We are looking for 75 staff members to join our team here at Workforce Staffing for our client based in Moreton-On-Lugg. You don't need to have previous experience and will be trained by the team on how to do the job. The company is a online E-commerce distribution centre doing fashion clothing and items and distributes to all over the UK on next days and 5 days deliveries. The DC will have upwards of 500 staff working onsite from Nov-Jan.

You will be on of our nominated Team Leader and look at 15x agency operatives (From us aswell)

You will be seen as the first port of call for operatives on issues or queries that operative have.

Workforce Staff Offering

Afternoon Shift (2pm till 10pm) working 5 days over a 7 days period including Saturday & Sunday

Start Dates: First week of November

Expected end date: 1st January

Shift: 2pm - 10pm (5 Days) Monday - Sunday

Pay Rates

Weekday Rate £16.50 per hour plus holidays or £18.25 per hour (rolled up holiday)

Weekend Rate (SAT & SUN) £20.41 per hour plus holiday

Overtime Rate £31.20

Moreton Business Park, Moreton-on-Lugg, Hereford, HR4 8DS

Requirements of candidates

• Ability to speak & read English to a good standard
• Fit and able (standing on feet for 8 hours per day)
• Ability to get to work reliably (either have own car or lift share) no transport provided
• Work 2pm till 10pm & work weekends
• Available from November & December with good availability
• Be able to attend one of 3 induction dates
• Experienced in Warehousing for over 2 years
• Strong man management skills
• Approachable and friendly but very disciplined
