About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday 7:30- 19:00, Tuesday to Thursday 12:00 19:30, Sunday 7:30-18:30

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team of cleaning and catering staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. The role involves direct interaction with patients, clinical staff, and on-site clients, requiring strong people skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to team supervision and service delivery.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising cleaning and catering staff to ensure safe and productive working practices.
  • Managing stock control, equipment, and placing online product orders.
  • Conducting team briefings and completing company reports and documentation.
  • Inducting, training, and developing new and existing employees.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, catering service, and professional appearance.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Has the Right to Work in the UK and is willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • Demonstrates strong people skills and works well within a team.
  • Shows attention to detail and consistently high standards of work.
