Qualifications
  • Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
  • Team Leader or Shift Leader experience OR experience as a Residential Support worker.
The Role

As a Team Leader of a 4‑bed Children’s residential service in Rowley Regis, you will

  • Lead and supervise staff during shifts, including weekend and sleep‑in shifts.
  • Provide direct support to children with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, EBD, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioural challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and enabling environment that supports positive experiences for children and young people.
  • Assist the management team in meeting the unique health care needs of the children.

You will be contracted to work 40 hrs per week.
