Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £15 per hour + Enhancement for per sleep-in

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Team Leaders to join our residential childcare services. Homes provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments for children aged 7-17 with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD).

As a Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager and lead a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring children receive consistent care, support, and guidance in a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver excellent therapeutic care.
  • Support care planning, risk assessments, and day-to-day routines.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, legislation, and internal procedures.
  • Act as a positive role model for young people, promoting resilience, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Contribute to rota management, including sleep-ins and flexible shift coverage.
  • Support childrens education, personal growth, and social development.

Essential Requirements
