A children's care service in Bolton is seeking a Children's Care Team Leader. The successful candidate will lead a team to provide high-quality support to children with complex needs or disabilities. Responsibilities include daily management, emotional support, and ensuring a fun, fulfilling life for the children. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or be working towards it. Full-time hours with various shifts are required.

Position: Children's Care Team Leader.
Location: Bolton
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

A vacancy has arisen for a Care Team Leader to join the team to support the service manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift. This will involve providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower their team in supporting the children they support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with learning disabilities. As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our children and young people to be as independent as they can, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life.
You must be available to commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis and candidates it is essential you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or be working towards the qualification.

Holly House is a large detached home where we support children and young people who have experienced trauma, may have mental health issues and/or have a learning disability. The home has a lot of outside space for the children and young people to take advantage of. We enjoy spending time in the garden playing outdoor sports and relaxing in the summer months.
