A leading children's care service in Aldridge is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a residential care setting supporting children with diverse needs. This role involves supervising staff and direct care while ensuring compliance with regulations. The starting salary is competitive, with opportunities for training, additional earnings through overtime, and a supportive work environment.

As a Team Leader at our 6‑bedded Children’s residential service in the heart of a residential community in Aldridge, you will be caring for children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, and may also have diagnoses of EBD, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioural challenges and/or complex care needs.
Children accommodated may also be experiencing mental health, self‑harm, and are socially and emotionally delayed due to neglect and harm.

Starting salary of £31,824 (salary based on qualifying competency‑based criteria), plus sleep‑in paid at £62.55 per sleep (approx. one per week) and the opportunity to increase earnings through overtime.
